Itinerary Adjustments
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to local conditions, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or health emergencies.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required.
It should provide coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and other unforeseen events.

Travel Insurance
By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of travel and retreat activities, and you release FORTYLOVE from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where prohibited by law.

Release of Liability
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements, have valid travel documents, and are in good health to partake in the retreat activities.

Participant Responsibilities
A 30% deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the start of the retreat. The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made at least 90 days before departure. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Payment & Deposit
You grant FORTYLOVE the right to use photographs and video taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing otherwise.

Photography Release
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trencin, Slovakia.

Governing Law
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made at least 90 days before departure are eligible for a full deposit refund. For cancellations made less than 90 days before departure, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional refunds are subject to our full Terms & Conditions.
